Terms of Service

Vaulted ("the App") is operated by Muse Nexus LLC, a limited liability company registered in Hawaiʻi, United States ("we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Vaulted is a gym-accountability app that uses GPS geofencing to unlock timed check-in sessions when you are physically at your configured gym location. The service is provided "as-is."

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vaulted.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your gym zone configuration.
• You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to GPS spoofing.
• You are solely responsible for your physical safety during workouts.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Vaulted offers optional premium features ("Vaulted Pro") via in-app purchase. Three options are available:

• Monthly subscription — auto-renews each month.
• Yearly subscription — auto-renews each year.
• Lifetime purchase — one-time payment, permanent access.

Auto-Renewal Terms

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's app store account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds

All purchases are processed through your device's app store and are subject to that store's refund policies. We do not process payments directly.

5. Location Services

Vaulted requires foreground location access to function as designed. Location data is processed entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit location data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Third-Party Services

We use RevenueCat for subscription management. RevenueCat receives anonymous purchase data to validate your entitlements. See RevenueCat's Terms for details.

7. Disclaimers

• Vaulted does not guarantee GPS accuracy. Zone detection depends on device hardware and environmental conditions.
• The App is not a medical or fitness advisory service. Consult a professional before starting any exercise program.
• We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muse Nexus LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Vaulted are owned by Muse Nexus LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you retain any mandatory protections of your local consumer law, and this clause does not deprive you of them.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
