Vaulted is an iPhone app. The fastest route is the checklist below; if it does not solve the issue, contact the team with your iOS version, Vaulted version, and the exact step that failed. Do not include your gym coordinates or Apple account password.

Apple Screen Time did not open

1. In Vaulted, open Settings → Screen Time Controls and confirm authorization is approved.
2. Open the affected Vault and choose apps again. Apple owns the chooser; Vaulted never receives the selected app names.
3. If authorization was denied or revoked, review iPhone Settings → Screen Time, then return to Vaulted.

The gym-place check is wrong

Move near a window or outdoors, wait for the accuracy reading to improve, and retry. Increase the saved radius if indoor GPS drifts. Manual checks and Earned Time use foreground location. Opening selected apps in a manual Beast Vault requires Allow Always for background exit relocking; Automatic Place also requires it for entry and exit automation.

Selected apps did not re-lock

Open Vaulted again so it can reconcile native state, then end the active session or Reward Pass. If the issue remains, delete the affected Vault or use Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete My Data, which clears Vaulted’s native selections and automation state as well as its local history.

Purchases and refunds

Use Restore Purchases on the Vaulted paywall for a prior lifetime Automatic purchase made with the same Apple account. Apple processes charges and refund requests. The exact localized one-time price appears in Apple’s purchase sheet before confirmation.

Privacy and data deletion

Read the Privacy Policy for the full data map. Vaulted has no login. Delete My Data removes local app data and Vaulted’s native Screen Time automation state; it does not refund or remove a restorable App Store purchase.
